Crack seizures have increased 74 % since 2000. 6.8 % of UK population has tried the drug compared to only 2.2 % in France.

So f*cking what? Go and live in crappy France if you're that bothered. Nobody's making you join in, are they? They'll all die out if they keep doing it anyway, so there'll be less of them on the road and more parking spaces for me. I think that just about covers all the angles.

I wouldn't worry about it, only a few hundred years ago, we were rubbing mercury solution into our skin, (UK) to achieve the perfect paleness and only up until recently stopped using poisons as a tonic or "pick-me-up ". We will always dabble with substances, even other animal species are known to partake in massive drunken benders under the influence of alcohol from rotting fruits.

When it was only the rich, & the yuppy or BBC types that were using it it was never a problem. now that the 'lower orders' want a piece of the pie, its not so good anymore! Did you ever notice this hypocrisy?
